It is the responsiblity of each participant and their parents to read and familiarize themselves with the policies outlined here and to submit all required forms for the desired program or private lessons. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
BUSINESS POLICIES
- Midcourt/Snave Group reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose conduct is detrimental to the overall good of the program
- Read the Parental Code of Conduct
- Midcourt/Snave Group maintains the highest safety standards. However, it does not assume liability of accidents, illness or disease
- There are weather-related make-ups only at the discretion of Midcourt/Snave Group
- Midcourt/Snave Group will charge the parent's credit card 50% of the coach's private lesson rate should the participant/parent fail to cancel a private lesson prior to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. A 3% transaction fee will be included
- A valid credit card must be kept on file with the Midcourt/Snave Group business office and it is the parent/guardian's responsibility to update credit card information as needed
- A 3% transaction fee is added to every credit card transaction
- If a payment fails to clear, there will be a $75 fee charged to participant's credit card on file
